The Armada Wellness and Laser Cosmetic Center was founded by Cris Armada, Jr., D.O  Dr. Armada is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician and a Member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.   While practicing as an osteopathic family physician for over fifteen years, Dr. Armada became interested in hormonal management for pre and post menopausal women.  As he got more involved in the hormonal maintenance of women, Dr. Armada started to discover that estrogen and progesterone were only part of the total picture of wellness.  As he assessed this total picture, he realized that one of the main premises of our aging process is that, "We age because our hormones decrease and not the other way around.", and the other premise that the glands that produce these hormones only have a finite activity, so that at a certain time in our lives we will run out of hormones.
